What to Expect

The Restore & Realign program was created by Ephraim Colwell, LMT, NMT, CES, using principles from the Myopress® Method — a five-phase system designed to take clients from pain to peak performance.

During each session, you’ll start with foam rolling to release muscle tension and improve circulation. From there, you’ll move into guided stretching to increase flexibility and improve posture. Stability exercises help strengthen supporting muscles, while light strengthening movements restore balance and promote healthier, more efficient movement patterns.

The class is open to all fitness levels and is beginner-friendly. Ephraim provides guidance throughout, ensuring each participant performs the movements safely and effectively.

How It Fits into the Myopress® Method

Restore & Realign incorporates several phases of the Myopress® Method:

  • Reset through foam rolling and muscle release

  • Lengthen with guided stretching to improve mobility

  • Stabilize by activating supporting muscles

  • Strengthen to restore balance and build better movement patterns

This unique approach makes the class ideal for maintaining progress between individual therapy sessions and preventing future injuries.

It’s especially helpful for athletes looking to recover faster, desk workers dealing with posture-related stiffness, adults who want to stay active as they age, and clients who want to maintain the results of their treatments. No prior experience is needed, and modifications are provided for all levels.
